We proudly provide home care services in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Mandeville Louisiana and surrounding areas to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care services in the comfort of our clients' homes.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Home Care Recruiting and Training professional to join our team in Mandeville, LA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting, onboarding, and training of new staff members, as well as implementing strategies to improve staff retention. If you have a passion for home care and a dedication to delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and hire qualified caregivers to join our team
Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new staff members are properly trained and prepared for client care
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate staff on BrightCare HomeCare policies, procedures, and best practices
Analyze staff retention data and develop strategies to improve recruitment and retention rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client care transitions
Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, training, and client care

Participation in office coordination for all day to day functions of the office. This is not a remote position and candidate will need to be in the office every day from 8am-4pm M-F.
