Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team! This vital role involves supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and strong technical proficiency to help keep our office running efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a collaborative and energetic work environment.

Duties

Posting funding, warranty cancellations, warranty remittances, accounts receivable.
Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Dealertrack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets to maintain up-to-date records
Assist with office management duties like filing, organizing documents, and maintaining inventory of supplies
Support client communication through phone and email correspondence, ensuring clear and friendly interactions
Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports with attention to detail
Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using calendar tools
Provide basic bookkeeping support using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong computer literacy and familiarity with productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience with data entry and proofreading preferred
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience managing multi-line phone systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
Previous experience in administrative roles such as front desk reception or medical receptionist is advantageous
Knowledge of office management practices, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks) is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
