Full Job Description

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator for a full-time, day-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity in New Orleans. This role will coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems, calculate employee hours, production, commissions, wages, and deductions, process payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and raises, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities

Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems.
Calculate employee time worked, production, commissions, wages, and deductions.
Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and raises.
Maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports related to payroll and employee records.

Requirements

Proven experience in payroll, HR management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong math skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
