Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently delivered, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help elevate every guest interaction, making each visit memorable. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using TRAY POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery; support food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times
Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests
Assist with reservations through OpenTable or similar booking platforms to optimize seating arrangements for guests
Support team members during busy periods, including host/hostess duties or food prep assistance when necessary

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as TRAY ; basic math skills for handling cash transactions are essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations in the food industry
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
Experience with serving in a fast-paced environment; multitasking abilities are crucial
Basic understanding of restaurant operations including bussing, food preparation support, and guest relations
