Minimum Requirement for Employment

High school graduate or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Three years driving experience
Acceptable driving record
Negative pre-employment drug screen and tuberculosis test
Background checks will be conducted post-offer/pre-employment
Lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs. (extensive training provided)
Push or pull up to 200 lbs. with adaptive equipment

client payroll and billing specialist

As the Client Payroll and Billing Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records and reports. This position is key within the finance department in ensuring our clients are paid properly for their work and that Big Lakes receives timely reimbursement payments for services provided.

Responsible for accurate and timely entry, management, research and reconciliation of client timesheets and attendance forms for biweekly payroll and preparing and scheduling weekly NEMT trips. Preferred applicant has experience with payroll software. Minimum requirements include high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years’ working experience in a similar position. Individual should have knowledge of business machines and general office operations. Courses in bookkeeping skills or completion of business college certification can be substituted for one year of experience. Working knowledge of Office 365 required. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Competitive wages and excellent fringe benefit package include medical/dental and life insurance, paid vacation, and sick leave, and KPERS retirement program.

Start wage: $21.00 an hour. Employees may eligible for retention bonuses up to $2000 through the second year of employment.
