No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Manhattan, Kansas.

At No Stone Unturned, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. As a nonprofit outpatient pediatric therapy clinic, we provide comprehensive, collaborative care designed to help children achieve meaningful progress and greater independence. Our team-based approach brings together Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and ABA Therapists to create the best possible outcomes for the children and families we serve.

What You'll Do

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans to support their growth and independence.

Plan and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Perform and document initial evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and re-evaluations.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

Partner with families to provide education and support for continued success at home.

Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.

Contribute to a positive, child-centered environment focused on achieving meaningful results.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Kansas Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete documentation within established timeframes.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Preferred

One year of pediatric experience.

Clinical education experience with pediatric populations may be considered in place of professional experience.
