We Want Your Talents! – The G1 Group is looking for a part time Title Clerk to join our growing dealership family. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will primarily be responsible for processing title work for our customers, assuring timely acquisition of titles and their accurate assignment, filing liens and cooperating with lenders and customers on their title and lien related requests. The successful candidate believes in our mission and shares our core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Maintaining accurate vehicle titles record.
· Processing title transfers, ensuring correct completion and submission of documents.
· Filing Kansas and out of state liens.
· Handling lien releases.
· Verifying the accuracy of information on titles and accompanying documents.
· Interacting with customers, answering questions, providing information and resolving issues related to titles and registration.
· Entering data into computer systems and maintaining electronic records.
· Other duties or projects, as assigned.
DESCRIPTION OF PERFECT CANDIDATE:
- At least 1 year of prior automotive title work experience is required.
- You have the interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with individuals and groups of all levels and to troubleshoot and problem solve with individuals and groups of all levels.
- You have an extreme attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- You have the organizational skills necessary to coordinate multiple projects with little or no supervision.
- You have the ability to use computer hardware and software.
- You have advanced users’ knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, etc.
- You are organized, you like to look ahead and plan your work.
- You are collaborative. You expect change. You put the team first.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

COMPENSATION
· Pay Range $16-$19 per hour
· Excellent benefit package including: Medical, Dental and Vision
