About Eazzy Consulting LLC

Eazzy Consulting LLC is a growing financial consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses secure funding solutions. Through our network of banks, private lenders, and capital providers, we assist businesses with working capital, expansion financing, and structured funding solutions.

As our deal volume continues to grow, we are seeking a Loan Processor to support our consultants and ensure smooth processing of financing applications from submission to approval.

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Loan Processor to join our Flushing office. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of loan processing or lending experience and can communicate professionally in English and either Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Korean.

Job Summary

The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, organizing client documentation, communicating with lenders, and ensuring deals move efficiently through the approval process.

This role works closely with business consultants, lenders, and clients to collect required documentation and maintain organized deal files.

Key Responsibilities Loan File Management

Review loan applications and supporting documentation
Collect and organize borrower financial documents
Review files for completeness before lender submission
Identify missing documents and follow up with clients
Communicate with clients, lenders, banks, and underwriters
Assist Chinese- or Korean-speaking clients throughout the financing process
Submit loan packages and track applications through approval and closing
Respond to lender and underwriting conditions
Maintain accurate client and loan records
Update file status in the company's CRM and processing systems
Manage multiple active files and meet deadlines
Follow up proactively to keep transactions moving

Documentation & Verification

Verify client financial documents and supporting materials
Prepare loan packages for lender submission
Ensure compliance with lender documentation requirements

Communication & Coordination

Communicate with clients to obtain missing documents
Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and internal consultants
Provide updates on loan status to the sales team

Deal Tracking

Monitor loan files through approval and funding
Maintain pipeline tracking for active deals
Assist management with reporting and deal updates

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of loan processing, banking, lending, mortgage, or commercial financing experience
Bilingual: English + Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) OR English + Korean
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and lenders
Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, PDFs, and online financial platforms

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

SBA loans
Business loans and lines of credit
Commercial real estate financing
Equipment financing
Residential or investment-property mortgages
Bank or private-lender loan processing
