We are seeking a Marketing Design & Digital Content Coordinator to join our marketing team and help drive brand growth through compelling content, professional design, sales enablement tools, and digital marketing support.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys both creative design and marketing execution.
You will create branded marketing assets, support digital marketing initiatives, develop sales and training materials, assist with product marketing efforts, and contribute to market research and competitive analysis. This position plays a critical role in helping the organization communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable designing a product brochure, building a PowerPoint presentation, supporting a HubSpot campaign, creating digital content, and helping marketing leadership execute strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
Graphic Design & Content Development
- Design and produce branded marketing collateral for print and digital use
- Create brochures, product literature, one-sheets, catalogs, advertisements, trade show materials, and sales support tools
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for sales, training, leadership, and customer-facing initiatives
- Maintain visual consistency and adherence to established brand standards
- Assist with copywriting, editing, proofreading, and content development
Digital Marketing Support
- Support email marketing, landing pages, blogs, and marketing automation initiatives
- Assist with HubSpot content management and campaign execution
- Help manage digital marketing assets and content workflows
- Support social media and digital content initiatives as needed
Sales Enablement & Product Marketing
- Create materials that help sales teams communicate product value and competitive advantages
- Develop training materials and customer-facing educational content
- Assist with product launches and product marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to support revenue-generating activities
Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
- Summarize findings into presentations and reports
- Support marketing leadership with data, insights, and recommendations
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, engineering, operations, leadership, and external vendors
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines
- Manage marketing asset organization and promotional material inventories
- Support trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives as needed
What Success Looks Like
During your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, customers, and brand positioning
- Independently create high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials
- Consistently deliver professional, accurate, and on-brand content
- Successfully support HubSpot and digital marketing initiatives
- Build trusted working relationships across departments
- Contribute meaningful insights through market and competitive research
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

This role is not a pure graphic design position, nor is it solely focused on social media. It combines creative production, marketing coordination, content development, and business-focused marketing support.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, marketing communications, content development, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital marketing work
- Experience working in a B2B marketing environment
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience developing marketing collateral and sales support materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience with email marketing, blogs, landing pages, and digital content management
- Copywriting, editing, and proofreading experience
- Product marketing or sales enablement experience
- Photography, video editing, or multimedia content experience
