- Maintain and evolve APR's brand guidelines, visual identity, messaging framework, and tone of voice.
- Translate APR's positioning—“In Your Corner. Always.,” contractor-first, branch-driven—into clear, repeatable messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Regularly audit APR's customer-facing touchpoints and materials for brand consistency and identify opportunities to strengthen how the brand is expressed.
- Develop recommendations and lead implementation of brand updates across marketing materials and channels.
- Create practical tools, templates, messaging, and guidelines that enable branch teams, internal partners, and approved external partners to apply the APR brand consistently.
- Track quarterly brand health among contractors and branch teams, including awareness, preference, and NPS, and report findings and recommendations.
Content Strategy, Creation & Production
- Develop and own APR's content strategy, translating business and marketing priorities into content themes, plans, campaigns, and measurable objectives.
- Develop and maintain an integrated editorial calendar aligned with APR's major moments, including buying shows, customer trips, acquisition launches, seasonal campaigns, product introductions, and other business priorities.
- Personally write, edit, and produce a significant portion of APR's content, including customer emails, social posts, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, catalogs, sales sheets, presentations, internal communications, and executive talking points.
- Manage content from concept through publication, including research, subject-matter interviews, drafting, editing, approvals, production coordination, and measurement.
- Proactively identify content opportunities and develop the assets needed to support them.
- Ensure content is accurate, polished, on-brand, audience-appropriate, and ready for publication.
- Write with a contractor in mind: plainspoken, useful, credible, no jargon, no fluff.
- Repurpose strong ideas across channels and formats to maximize the value and reach of APR's content.
- Use generative AI and other tools to increase content-production capacity while maintaining strong editorial judgment, accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Partnership& eCommerce & Omnichannel

- Provide brand-aligned copy, messaging, and creative for email, web, digital campaigns, lifecycle communications, and other digital experiences.
- Use channel performance and customer insights to continually improve content.

- Develop and review content and creative for vendor-supported campaigns to ensure APR's customer needs, brand voice, and positioning remain central.
- Translate vendor and product information into compelling APR-branded customer communications.

- Develop pre-event promotion, event messaging and creative, social content, presentations, signage, and post-event storytelling and follow-up.

Sales & Training
