Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service experience. In this role, you will lead the bar team with enthusiasm, ensuring exceptional customer service while expertly crafting a wide variety of cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks. Your expertise in beverage recipes, fine dining standards, and bar management will set the tone for a lively, welcoming atmosphere. As a key team leader, you will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while inspiring your team to deliver memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings innovative and appealing
Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices
Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, and POS transactions accurately during shifts
Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques, POS systems, and customer service expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to health regulations
Assist in catering events or banquet services as needed to support overall restaurant operations

Skills

Extensive cocktail experience with knowledge of classic and contemporary recipes
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Knowledge of wine varieties, beverage recipe development, brewing techniques, and craft beer trends
Experience in fine dining environments or hospitality settings that emphasize quality service
Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and inventory management
Previous bar management experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
