Full Job Description

Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club is one of the premier golf destinations in The United States, offering 3 breathtaking golf courses, exceptional lodging, & exquisite dining.

We are searching for a Hotel Receptionist to join our seasonal team for Summer 2026! The Lodge operates 7 days a week from April through November.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Summary:

The Hotel Receptionist is the face of The Lodge, the first impression we give, and it is imperative that you set the tone for a wonderful accommodation experience for all our guests. This position provides a friendly, professional and efficient service to all hotel and daily visitors, upholding Arcadia Bluffs’ vision and standards.

Responsibilities:

Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
Answer a multi-line phone system using proper phone etiquette
Perform check-in procedure and assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and/or golf clubs
Check availability and schedule room reservations, golf tee times and dining reservations using appropriate software
Exceed guests’ satisfaction by addressing requests, concerns and problems with urgency
Monitor and respond to the Lodge email in a timely manner
Report any maintenance/equipment issues to the Front Desk Manager
Perform data entry and filing activities
Perform cash and credit card transactions and balance the cash drawer daily
Keep workspace and all common areas with amenities for guests clean and stocked at all times
Monitor and stock the guest bathrooms
Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with all departments of the Club

Qualifications/Skills:

Previous customer service experience is required
Experience with Front Tee or Open Table software a plus!
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing disposition
Must be technologically savvy with ability to multi-task with ease
Organizational skills required

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time
Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
