Job Summary

Location: Manistique, Mi

Base Pay: $185/hr

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages ensuring optimal oral health and a positive patient experience. Your expertise will help transform smiles and improve lives through high-quality, compassionate dental services. Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants to promote healthy teeth and gums.
Carry out restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals with precision and care.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures to maintain long-term oral health.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and professional development.

Skills

Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members.
English C2 proficiency or native speaker
Ability to perform detailed dental procedures with precision and attention to detail.
Patient-centered care compassionate approach with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
Proficiency in dental software systems and intra-oral scanners.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.
