About the Role

As a CNC Machining Programmer, you will drive manufacturing excellence by developing high-precision programs and optimizing production workflows. You will play a critical role in transforming engineering concepts into finished products by leveraging advanced CAM software and deep technical expertise in machine tooling.

Responsibilities

Design and refine complex machining processes to maximize production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Maintain the integrity of CAM system data while ensuring seamless integration across all CNC platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide actionable feedback on product manufacturability and design optimization.
Execute full-cycle production, including machine setup, fixture loading, and precise tool calibration.
Standardize programming methodologies to ensure consistent quality control and process repeatability.
Troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain high output standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Associate’s degree in CNC Programming or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience developing CAM systems, including EIA and macro programming.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, setup, and operation.
Advanced proficiency in blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude.
Strong computer literacy, including MS Office suite.

Preferred Skills

Proven ability to optimize tooling speeds and feeds for diverse material types.
Experience with multi-axis CNC control systems and complex troubleshooting.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Strong manual dexterity and physical capability to manage industrial tooling and equipment.
