Now Hiring: Experienced Insurance Account Manager

Join Our Team!

We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our growing agency. If you're passionate about building lasting client relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping customers protect what matters most, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain a book of personal and/or commercial insurance clients.
Review policies and identify opportunities to better meet clients' insurance needs.
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
Collaborate with the agent and team to support agency goals and client retention.
Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Insurance Account Manager or in a similar customer service role.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
