You're Good at Your Job
You build real relationships. You follow through. You actually care whether the customer is happy—not just whether the deal closed. The problem is, you've been doing it somewhere that doesn't quite fit.
If that sounds familiar, keep reading.
Company Overview
Storm Equipment exists to Set the Future Standard in Snow.
We manufacture and distribute innovative snowplows, heavy equipment attachments, and accessories used by commercial snow and ice professionals throughout North America. Through innovation, education, and an unwavering commitment to the contractors we serve, we're challenging the status quo and helping move the industry forward.
Through Storm Chasin' and Storm Academy, we're helping raise the standard across the snow and ice industry through education, innovation, and real-world experience.
Storm Lawn & Snow is where it all comes to life. As a division of Storm Equipment, we provide commercial snow and landscape services throughout the Mankato area, keeping us connected to the realities our customers face every day.
Here's What Your Life Looks Like in This Role
Your day starts with a plan. You return calls because you said you would. You check in with customers before they need something. You review your pipeline because opportunities don't manage themselves.
Some days you're walking a commercial property, talking through what a client really needs and building a proposal that operations can confidently deliver. Other days you're grabbing lunch with someone you met at a community event three months ago, and that conversation turns into a contract.
This role involves regular travel throughout the Mankato area, customer meetings, property walks, networking events, and occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
You'll also be a trusted presence for existing customers. About 60–70% of your focus will be finding and winning new business. The rest is protecting and deepening what we've already built. If both sides of that equation excite you, keep reading.
This Role Was Written for a Specific Kind of Person
We don't need you to have sold lawn care before. We can teach you everything about our services. What we can't teach—and what we're really hiring for—is who you are.
You plan your week with intention. Your pipeline isn't a wish list—it's a living document you actually work from. When you make a sale, you hand off complete, accurate information because you understand your job doesn't end at the signature.
You show up to community events because you genuinely enjoy meeting people. When something goes sideways, your first instinct is 'how can I help?' not 'why is this my problem?'
If you're the kind of person who calls back the same day, plans the week on Monday morning, and still remembers a customer's kid's name six months later—we built this role for you.

Core Values (I.C.E.)
We're not a corporate machine. We're a tight-knit team built around three values: being Impactful, staying Curious, and Enduring through whatever comes.
We call it One Storm—one team, one standard, one culture that puts the group ahead of the individual.
That's not a poster on the wall. It's how we actually operate.
