Pro Snow Removal is expanding our hardscape division! We build custom paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and outdoor living spaces designed to withstand Central New York's harsh freeze-thaw cycles.
We are looking for a Hardscape Technician/Laborer who takes pride in physical work, wants to learn a valuable trade, and wants to be part of a high-quality team.

What You’ll Do Daily:
- Physical Execution: Shovel stone, move aggregate base, wheelbarrow materials, perform grading/excavation, and prep bases.
- Installation: Assist in setting pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, steps, edge restraints, and polymeric sand.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and professional throughout the day.
- Equipment Care: Maintain hand tools, plate compactors, and saws safely under foreman guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years in hardscaping, landscaping, masonry, concrete, or general construction preferred. (No hardscape experience? We are willing to train candidates who are reliable, motivated, and physically ready!)
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, working on uneven ground, and working outdoors in heat, cold, or rain every day.
- Dependability: Arrive on time daily, stay off personal phones during work hours, follow instructions, and focus on safety.
- Coachability: Welcomes feedback from foremen, maintains a strong work ethic on repetitive tasks, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites or our shop.
