The Facilities & Maintenance Director is responsible for directing all aspects of facility maintenance and plant operations. This role ensures the hospital environment – both internal and external – remain safe, functional, and compliant with Critical Access Hospital (CAH) requirements and NRPA standards. The position also leads renovation and remodeling projects and collaborates with all departements to support operational needs.
High school graduate with post high school electrical, plumbing, or construction experience. Licensure preferred. Previous experience supervising staff preferred.

Childcare payroll deduction limitations must meet IRS guidelines.
Annual sign-up is January 1st of each year, and employees must sign new forms each year (Employees can change deductions during the year only if there is a change in family status).
