Full Job Description

Now Hiring Host for one of the area's most unique restaurants!

PLEASE READ:

The schedule for this position is as follows...

A weekly schedule of FRIDAY 4PM-Close/SATURDAY 4PM-Close

The pay rate for this position is $10/hr plus tips.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using OpenTable reservation tablets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly
Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and provide accurate information about wait times or reservations
Support guest relations by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist in coordinating special events or large parties as needed
Running food to guests

Qualifications

Previous host/hostess experience preferred, especially within food service, customer service or restaurant settings
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly, social and energetic demeanor
Willing and able to keep up in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance
