Lead Your Team to Success: From coaching to motivating, you'll develop a high-performing team that brings their A-game every day. You’ll guide the management team in building a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
Drive Performance: Analyze the numbers, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions that increase sales, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Customer Experience Champion: You're the go-to person for creating an unforgettable guest experience. Troubleshoot on the fly, answer questions, and ensure that customers always leave with a smile.
Shape the Future: You’ll have the opportunity to help shape policies, implement innovative programs, and support the growth of the restaurant and your team.

What You Bring to the Table:

Leadership & Communication: You’re a born leader with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to inspire your team. You know how to make decisions and hold people accountable while keeping the atmosphere light, positive, and productive.
Experience: You’ve got a proven track record in restaurant management and know how to drive results. Whether it's managing P/L, controlling costs, or improving operations, you’ve done it and you’re ready to do it again.
Problem Solver: When something goes wrong, you’re the one to troubleshoot and find solutions, all while maintaining a calm, cool, and collected demeanor.
Team Builder: You love to see people grow and develop. You’ll work closely with your team, providing guidance, recognition, and even the occasional high-five to celebrate wins.
Flexibility & Focus: You’re able to juggle priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment without missing a beat.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Associate’s degree in Restaurant Management preferred, or a High School diploma (or equivalent).
Experience: Previous experience in restaurant management is a must (3 years preferred). You’ve got a track record of improving performance and leading teams to success.
Leadership: Strong decision-making skills, conflict resolution experience, and the ability to maintain a positive, productive team environment.
Passion for People: You love helping people grow, both your team and your guests.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of health, safety, and employment regulations is a plus.
