Full Job Description

Industrial Seamstress

We are hiring two experienced, part-time Industrial Seamstresses to manufacture our NanoSox fabric air distribution products. In this role, you will sew and assemble fabric components using industrial machines while meeting high quality and productivity standards at our Bellevue, WA facility.

Job Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble fabric components and finished products.
Measure, cut/trim (as needed), align, and sew materials accurately to specifications.
Produce clean, consistent stitching and strong seams (straight stitching, hems, reinforcement, binding, etc.).
Follow work orders, drawings/spec sheets, and standard processes.
Inspect finished work for quality (dimensions, stitch consistency, defects) and rework if needed.
Keep your workstation organized and follow safety and production procedures.
Communicate with the production team to meet daily output goals.

Job Requirements

1+ years of experience with industrial sewing (or equivalent professional sewing experience).
Comfortable using machines such as single/double-needle lockstitch, zig-zag, and serger/overlock (as applicable).
Strong measuring skills and strict attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a production setting.
Nice to have: Basic troubleshooting skills (threading, tension adjustments, needle changes).
