Trissential is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Data Transformation & Agile Delivery to join our client's team within a leading wealth management and financial services organization.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who excels at turning strategy into execution. The successful candidate will combine strong program and project management capabilities with practical Agile delivery experience, driving complex data transformation initiatives from planning through implementation. You will partner closely with business leaders, product teams, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure critical initiatives are successfully delivered while maintaining strong governance, transparency, and stakeholder alignment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale data transformation, governance, and business-critical delivery initiatives

Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery aligned to strategic business objectives

Establish and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, financial plans, and delivery schedules

Provide executive-level visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes
-
Lead delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams and teams
-
Drive execution and accountability to ensure commitments are met and delivery objectives remain on track

Facilitate decision-making and alignment among business leaders, product owners, data teams, technology teams, and governance partners

Lead data governance, data quality, data modernization, and enterprise data transformation initiatives

Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements

Operate effectively within Agile and hybrid delivery environments while maintaining program-level coordination and governance
-
Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile delivery teams to manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and releases

Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple initiatives

Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment across all organizational levels
-
Establish governance processes and reporting frameworks aligned with PMO standards and organizational objectives
-
Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and financial performance across program workstreams
-
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness and organizational maturity
-
Support organizational change management, transition planning, training, and operational readiness activities
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
-
10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programs and large-scale strategic initiatives
-
Proven success delivering enterprise data transformation, data governance, data management, analytics, or data modernization programs
-
Strong experience leading initiatives in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
-
Experience partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and business stakeholders while maintaining program-level oversight

Demonstrated ability to drive execution, accountability, and delivery outcomes across complex organizations
-
Strong background within wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, or similarly regulated industries
-
Expertise in program governance, financial management, risk management, and dependency management
-
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
-
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive results without formal authority

Experience coordinating delivery across business, product, data, architecture, engineering, and governance teams
-
Strong understanding of Agile planning, backlog management, release planning, delivery metrics, and cross-team dependency management

Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities within large enterprise environments

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or enterprise PMO toolsets

Experience supporting enterprise architecture or data governance councils

Experience managing globally distributed or multi-vendor delivery teams

Familiarity with wealth management platforms, financial data ecosystems, or regulatory reporting environments
Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

PMP, PgMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, Agile, or related certifications preferred

Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $140,000–$150,000 annually or $85–$95 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
