THE WORK WE DO

When disaster strikes — a burst pipe, a house fire, unexpected mold — families and businesses in our community need someone they can trust. Liberty Restoration Group has been that trusted name for years, and we're looking for a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find us when they need us most.

In times of crisis, most homeowners start by asking their insurance agent who to call: an agent stakes their own reputation on that recommendation, so they only give it to companies they trust. Your job is to earn that trust, office by office, so the answer is Liberty Restoration Group

This is a purpose-driven career where your work directly supports communities in times of crisis.

THE JOB, IN ONE PARAGRAPH

You get a territory and a list of roughly 250 insurance agents, brokers, and property managers inside it. You get in your company vehicle and you go see them — in person, in their offices, over and over. Your job is to turn that list of 250 into a book of 30 to 50 agents who call Liberty Restoration Group first when their client's basement floods at two in the morning. That is the whole job. It is relationship-driven, and the people who are great at it take pride in providing an essential service to homeowners and property managers during their darkest moments.

WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

You are out of the office and in the field the large majority of your working hours. Doors, not dials.
Every agent, adjuster, and office in your territory hears from you on roughly a four-week cycle. You do not skip the ones who have not referred yet.
You log every visit in our CRM the same day — who you saw, who handles claims in that office, what they told you.
When one of your agents refers a job, you are the one who calls them with updates until it closes. That feedback loop is why they refer you the next one.
Lunches, coffees, happy hours, association meetings, continuing-education classes, golf outings, ball games. Some of this is on nights and weekends.
You bring a weekly plan to a one-on-one with your sales leader: who you saw, what came of it, who you are seeing next week.
When a major storm or catastrophe hits your market, you work. Hundreds of families need help at the same time, and how quickly we respond decides who sleeps in their own home that week. That is when this business is made.

WHAT WE EXPECT, AND WHEN

We are telling you this up front so there are no surprises on either side.

First 30 days

Learn the market and the services. Build and map your target list. Ride along with an experienced rep. Start your route.

30–90 days

Running your full route independently. A recent hire of ours created 15 jobs in their first 14 weeks — that is the bar we will point you at.

3–6 months

First consistent referral revenue starts landing. Most reps do not see steady flow before month six. We know that, we plan for it, and your base is built around it.

12+ months

A working book of 30–50 actively referring agents and $1M+ in residential work generated.

WHO IS GOOD AT THIS JOB

You can walk into an office where nobody knows your name and leave with a contact, a business card, and a reason to come back.
You would rather be in your vehicle moving between appointments than sitting at a desk.
You care what happens after the sale. The agents who refer the most are the ones who have watched you follow a job all the way through and check on the family after the trucks pull away.
Rejection genuinely does not stick to you. You will hear "we already have a company we use" a hundred times before it turns.
You are competitive and you keep score. You will know your own numbers without being asked for them.
You are organized enough to run 250 relationships on a repeating cycle without a manager reminding you.
You are the kind of person people remember and like. In this business the referral goes to whoever the agent trusts, not whoever has the best brochure.

WHAT YOU NEED

Required

2+ years in outside sales, territory sales, or another role where you personally generated new business — or a track record that clearly shows you can.
Willingness to spend the majority of your working day driving your territory and walking into offices unannounced.
Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to be insured under our company vehicle policy.
Comfort using a CRM daily. We will train you on ours; we will not chase you to use it.
Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours during storm and catastrophe events.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Helpful, but not required

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or home services.
Existing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, brokers, or property managers in this market.
Experience owning a defined geographic territory.

You do not need restoration experience. We would rather hire a hungry seller from outside this industry than a comfortable one inside it. Some of the best reps in this business came out of pest control, home services, equipment sales, building products, and staffing. We will teach you water, fire, and mold. We cannot teach you to knock on the door.

WHAT WE GIVE YOU

Company vehicle. You are not putting 30,000 miles a year on your own car.
$50,000 base plus uncapped commission. The base is real money while you build. The commission is where this job gets interesting, and there is no ceiling on it.

Your target list, built before you start. You will not spend your first two months figuring out who to go see. We will hand you the map.
Real onboarding and real coaching. A structured 90-day ramp, weekly one-on-ones, and field ride-alongs with your sales leader. We have invested in a dedicated head of sales so that nobody gets hired here and left to figure it out alone.
A budget to do the job. Marketing materials, and expensed lunches, events, and sponsorships. This job runs on relationships and we fund them.
