Full Job Description

¡Estamos buscando personas amables, compasivas y que trabajen bien en equipo para unirse a nuestro equipo de limpieza!

Bono de contratación de $450 pagado después de 90 días, sujeto a buena asistencia.

Bono de contratación: $450 – $225 se pagarán después de 45 días de empleo, y los $225 restantes se pagarán después de 90 días, sujeto a buena asistencia.

Limpia las habitaciones de los huéspedes y las áreas públicas en todo el resort. Brinda un excelente servicio y calidad para garantizar un ambiente seguro, limpio y cómodo donde los huéspedes puedan relajarse.

Responsabilidades

Limpiar las áreas asignadas del resort, incluyendo habitaciones de huéspedes, áreas comunes, baños y más
Retirar sábanas, toallas y basura de las habitaciones
Hacer camas, reponer amenidades, trapear/aspirar pisos y limpiar todas las superficies y muebles en las habitaciones
Supervisar y mantener la limpieza de las áreas asignadas
Seguir todos los procedimientos y mejores prácticas de limpieza de HHS
Brindar un servicio amable y cordial a todos los huéspedes
Apoyar a los miembros del equipo y a la gerencia según sea necesario para ayudar a que el departamento funcione eficientemente

Requisitos

Debe tener al menos 18 años
Comunicarse eficazmente en inglés y trabajar bien en equipo
Mantener buena higiene personal, estar bien presentado(a) y usar el uniforme
Preferido: experiencia en limpieza o lavandería (limpieza, servicios ambientales, conserjería, mantenimiento, asistente de habitaciones, operaciones hoteleras, atención médica)

Requisitos físicos

Estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, doblarse, girar, arrodillarse y alcanzar objetos continuamente durante el turno
Empujar y jalar carros o equipo (más de 100 lb) sobre pisos de baldosa y alfombra durante el turno
Manejar productos químicos incluyendo cloro, cera y desinfectantes
Poder operar el equipo necesario para realizar las funciones esenciales del trabajo

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
