Milan Media is a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses scale through strategic digital marketing. We specialize in SEO, Web Development, Paid Media, Social Media, Content Marketing, CRM/Automation, Email Marketing, Video Production, and Graphic Design.

For the past 10 years, we have only worked in the industrial/manufacturing niche but now we will be going into 7 new industries outside of industrial.

This role is perfect for experienced digital marketers who want to drive measurable growth, work across multiple marketing verticals, and take full ownership of client success.

This role requires a strong generalist foundation, with experience in at least two or more of the following areas:

Social Media Marketing (organic and paid)
Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads)
CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot, SalesForce, Pardot, Active Campaign, etc.)
Outbound Marketing - Email (segmentation, automation, copywriting)
SEO/AEO & Content Marketing (keyword research, optimization, content strategy)

You will collaborate with our internal specialists in SEO, Web Development, Video Production, Copywriting, and Graphic Design, email marketing, and automation, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own Client Communication and Approvals: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, leading weekly-to-quarterly meetings, managing day-to-day communication, and coordinating all asset and campaign approvals.
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Creative Teams: Work closely with the Demand Generation Specialists and Creative Specialists to ensure execution aligns with strategic direction, brand consistency, and campaign goals.
Coordinate and Support Specialists: Delegate tasks to internal specialists (design, video, web, SEO, etc.), track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery, holding team members accountable as needed.
Manage Workflow and Task Completion: Own the execution pipeline by managing task priorities, deadlines, and follow-through using project management tools to keep work moving and complete.
Stay Performance-Aware and Responsive: Monitor channel-level performance signals, raise wins or issues to the strategist, and adjust execution priorities as needed to maintain alignment with strategic goals.
Develop Multi-Channel Knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge across SEO, paid media, email marketing, web, automation, and CRM tools to improve cross-functional collaboration.
