Part-Time Afterschool Nanny – Weston, MA $500 Hiring Bonus
A warm and welcoming family in Weston is seeking an energetic, engaging, and dependable nanny to care for their two daughters, ages 5 and 7.
This position offers a $500 Hiring Bonus:
- $250 paid after successfully completing 3 months of employment
- $250 paid after successfully completing 6 months of employment
Schedule:
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $23–$24 per hour
About the Role: The family is looking for a nanny who enjoys staying active and creating fun, engaging afternoons. Responsibilities include:
- School pickup and safe transportation
- Planning age-appropriate activities and outdoor play
- Preparing light snacks and dinner for children
- Assisting with homework as needed
- Assist with light household tasks related to the children, including snack preparation, children's laundry, unloading backpacks and lunchboxes, washing dishes, wiping counters, sweeping floors, and keeping children's spaces tidy.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be active, energetic, and enjoy spending time with school-aged children
- Have a reliable personal vehicle and be comfortable using it for transporting the children (mileage reimbursement provided, if applicable)
- Have a clean driving record
- Be reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Have previous childcare experience with strong references
- Be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
