FULL TIME JOB

Front Desk Coordinator – Clinical Laboratory
First Quality Laboratory (FQL) – Pembroke Pines, FL

First Quality Laboratory is a CLIA-certified clinical lab serving physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities across Miami-Dade and Broward. We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who genuinely enjoys solving problems, communicates clearly, and can keep a fast-paced front desk running smoothly.

What you'll do

Answer phone calls professionally and handle client requests with a solution-oriented approach.
Build strong relationships with our accounts, follow up on pending items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Log and classify issues so they get resolved quickly and correctly.
Work inside our lab system to look up results, manage patient and account records, add tests, and generate account reports.
Explain requisition forms and our test menu to clients and patients.
Coordinate test additions by phone, always verifying with the technical team before anything is added.
Send results according to each account's preferences.
Coordinate phlebotomy operations, including sample intake and per-patient verification.
Coordinate pickups, routes, and vehicle logistics with our driver team.
Help open new accounts and maintain our client database.
Communicate with our billing department on insurance questions and medical records requests.
Follow up with accounts after results are delivered to ensure satisfaction and continuity of service.
Strong computer skills (comfortable navigating systems, email, and basic office software) — this is a must.

What we're looking for

Fully bilingual, English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous experience working in healthcare.
Certified phlebotomist with hands-on blood draw experience.
Prior front desk or client-facing experience, ideally in a medical or lab setting.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine team-player attitude.

Nice to have

Experience coordinating phlebotomy operations or managing patient flow.

Schedule:

Monday to friday: 7am to 4 pm

Saturday: 9am to 1 pm (2 times per month)

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
