Full Job Description

IDR is seeking a Global Communications Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity . In this role, you’ll help shape and lead internal communications for a growing AI Center of Excellence within a large, enterprise technology environment. This is a greenfield opportunity to create a consistent, engaging voice for AI initiatives and drive awareness and adoption across a global employee audience.

Position Overview for the Global Communications Manager:

Build and own a communications strategy and calendar to promote AI programs, governance, training, and success stories across the enterprise.
Translate technical AI concepts into clear, business-focused messaging for diverse internal audiences and leadership stakeholders.
Create and publish multi-channel content such as newsletters, intranet updates, announcements, executive messaging, and AI use case spotlights.
Manage and evolve a SharePoint-based hub to ensure content is current, organized, and easy to navigate.
Partner with AI leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to collect stories, coordinate campaigns and events, and track communication effectiveness.

Requirements for the Global Communications Manager :

3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing within an enterprise environment
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging business communications
Proven experience building communications plans, managing calendars, and executing campaigns across multiple stakeholders or business units
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently, bring original ideas, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
