Fresh is redefining medical oversight in the aesthetics industry — and we're looking for a part-time Medical Director who values their time, works remotely, and wants to stay clinically relevant in a $15B+ growing market.

Fresh exists as the bridge between independent aesthetic practitioners and the complex regulatory landscape of modern medicine. We are on a mission to replace the outdated "absentee" medical director model with a gold standard of oversight — one that is reliable, deeply integrated into member safety, and built around the success of our physician partners.

We handle the sales, billing, member management, and regulatory complexity so our Medical Directors can focus on what matters most: clinical leadership, from anywhere.

What you'll do

Serve as the physician of record for Georgia-based aesthetic practices, ensuring all delegation complies with Georgia Composite Medical Board rules
Approve and oversee clinical protocols for botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and laser services
Supervise and delegate medical procedures to qualified staff (RNs, NPs, aestheticians) across multiple locations
Conduct monthly chart audits (randomized 10% of patient charts) via EMR
Provide timely digital signatures and training certifications to keep member supplier accounts active
Participate in monthly clinical community meetings and ongoing webinars
Support adverse event management using Fresh's centralized clinical team as your primary resource

We'd love you to have

Active, unrestricted Georgia MD or DO license in good standing
Current residency in Atlanta or Savannah (required for emergency escalations or regulatory audits)
Board certification; Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery all welcome
Comfort using EMRs and managing digital workflows with accuracy
Must carry malpractice insurance as required by Georgia state law
Multi-state licensure (FL, TX, CA, NY) is a strong plus
No prior aesthetics experience required — Fresh provides full regulatory and clinical onboarding

Compensation

This is a high hourly value role for a low active-time commitment — the ideal model for physicians who want to earn additional income without sacrificing their schedule. Earnings scale with the size of your practice portfolio, with most Medical Directors earning between $2,000–$8,000+/month as their portfolio grows. Full compensation details are shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
