Position Overview:

As the Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of KGS Technology Group. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include performing administrative and operational tasks, maintaining records and databases, and providing support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all operational inquiries and requests
Gather and organize data to support decision making and business operations
Manage and update company databases and records
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies
Monitor and track expenses to ensure they are within budget guidelines
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for operational improvement and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with project management tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
