A Bardi Dispatcher…

Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences
Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
Correctly close out every job – assuring technicians assign all tasks, materials, costs, etc.
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress
Ensure that follow-up calls are identified and scheduled in a timely manner
Update and continually be on the look-out for Service Titan customer data inconsistencies and records needs/discrepancies

What does it take?

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Previous experience in Home Services Dispatching: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Pest Control etc.
IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
Be knowledgeable about Bardi products, services, and offer them to the customer in a pleasant professional manner Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable
Must be able to clear a drug test and background check
