Full Job Description

The Intake Assistant will be responsible for taking calls and emails from new clients, investigating preliminary issues, communicating important facts to the attorneys, verifying insurance coverage and opening new files. The ideal candidate has at least one (1) year prior intake or law firm experience. Applicant must have an eye for detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR GEORGIA PI, SSDI or WC LAW OFFICE EXPERIENCE NEED APPLY.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Handles incoming phone calls from new clients
Assists new client with intake paperwork and process
Enters new client and case information into our client management system

Medical Records.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Proficient computer literacy with general Office applications including: Outlook, WordPerfect, Case Management Software, Adobe Acrobat.

Ability to communicate and work efficiently with all levels of the firm.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
