Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Analyze financial data and assist with financial reporting.
Partner with operations, purchasing, and production teams to support manufacturing-related accounting activities.
Assist with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and inventory reconciliations.
Leverage ERP systems to process transactions, generate reports, and improve accounting efficiencies.
Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong account reconciliation experience is required.
Experience working within an ERP system is required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar).
Understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
Experience with inventory, cost accounting, or manufacturing operations is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
