Job Type: Seasonal Full-Time
Season: September 14, 2026 through January 31, 2027
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

As a Seasonal Administrative Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly by answering a high volume of inbound phone calls, scheduling appointments for licensed insurance agents, and performing accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

As we prepare for our busy Open Enrollment season, we are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Seasonal Administrative Specialist to join our team.

This is a temporary full-time position running from September 1 through January 31, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.
Enter and update client information accurately in our CRM system.
Route calls to the appropriate department or team member.
Assist clients with general questions and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Monitor and manage multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Work collaboratively with agents and office staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Accurate typing and data entry skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude.
