Residential Sales Manager ($210K OTE) – Lead Atlanta’s Premier Exterior Remodeling Brand

We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of Atlanta’s premier, highly reputable residential exterior home services provider. Operating with a robust revenue base between $25M and $30M—and targeting $50M over the next 4 to 5 years - this company has built its dominant market footprint on a simple core principle: we do what we say we are going to do.

About the Role

As the Residential Sales Manager , your mission is to lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of 15 residential sales representatives. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.

This role is the bridge between strategy and real-world execution. The organization has established a proven consultative sales playbook, an exceptional lead generation pipeline, and an eager team ready to win. Your primary mandate is to drive playbook adoption through hands-on coaching, in-person meeting leadership, and structured field mentorship - scaling top-line residential revenue with steady, sustainable 15% year-over-year growth.

Core Responsibilities

Field Leadership (70%): Spend the majority of your week in the truck performing field ride-alongs, conducting side-by-side customer inspections, and delivering real-time coaching to sales reps.

In-Person Sales Meetings (15%): Plan and execute structured, energetic, and value-driven weekly sales meetings that focus on agenda-driven training, skill development, and clear actionable takeaways.

Process Accountability: Drive full adoption of the proprietary consultative sales playbook across the residential team without compromise.

Data & Analytics (15%): Utilize CRM reporting to analyze sales trends, examine close ratios, monitor lead distribution, and build strategic growth plans.

Performance Management & Hiring: Evaluate team dynamics, recruit top-tier talent, maintain proper lead balance across the rep count, and make tough performance decisions when necessary. Front-Line Execution: Comfortably ascend ladders to inspect walkable roof areas alongside your reps to lead by example and maintain elite credibility.

Required & Preferred Experience

Sales Leadership: Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience leading a team of 10+ direct sales reps.
Industry Background: Deep background in big-ticket residential exterior home services ($10,000+ average ticket sizes)—such as roofing, siding, windows, pools, decks, hardscapes, or driveways, preferred.
Process Mastery: Proven success enforcing a structured, consultative sales process paired with experience managing teams that utilize consumer financing (e.g., Service Finance, , Enerbank, Upgrade, Wells Fargo).
Data Literacy and CRM Proficiency: Tech-savvy with hands-on proficiency in CRM data analytics and reporting. Expertise in using CRMs such as JobNimbus, Salesforce, Service Titan, AccuLynx, etc., is required.
Physical Capability: Ability and willingness to climb ladders and step onto walkable roof sections to conduct field training, is preferred.
Scale Experience: Prior experience helping scale a residential services division or high-ticket sales organization doing $25M - $50M+ in revenue, is highly preferred.
Commute: Located within a reasonable ~30- to 45-minute commute of the Metro Atlanta office (office is OTP - north).
