QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Coordination and Management Experience
- Ability to analyze date and draw meaningful conclusions and apply it to problem solving
- Leadership experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in structured rotational assignments across areas such as hospital operations and patient care services, finance, strategy and business development, community health, and organizational excellence.
Support departmental and service line leaders with operational analysis, project management, performance improvement, and change management activities.
Lead and co-lead strategic, cross-functional projects that advance system priorities in access, equity, quality, and financial sustainability.
Develop and deliver clear presentations, dashboards, and written reports for senior and executive leadership.
Engage in regular executive mentorship, leadership rounding, and participation in senior leadership and board meetings, as appropriate.
Collaborate with the other Administrative Fellow to share learnings, co-sponsor projects, and contribute to a cohesive fellowship cohort experience.
Complete a capstone project that addresses a high-priority organizational need and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership at the conclusion of the program.
