The Opportunity
As a therapist at Grace Behavioral Health & Wellness, you'll provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults through both in-person and telehealth sessions.
You'll have the opportunity to bring your clinical expertise, creativity, and authentic style into your work while helping clients navigate life's challenges, strengthen resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change.
We value clinicians with a variety of therapeutic perspectives and encourage individualized approaches to care. Many members of our team incorporate modalities such as animal-assisted therapy, expressive arts therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and other holistic interventions. What You'll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health concerns
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and fellow clinicians to provide coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in peer consultation, case collaboration, and ongoing professional development
- Connect clients with appropriate community resources and wellness supports
What We're Looking For
- Active Georgia licensure (LCSW, LPC, LAPC, LMSW, PhD, or PsyD)
- Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and excited to build a fulfilling caseload
- Passion for working as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team
Bonus Points If You...
- Are bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Have training in DBT, EMDR, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, or other specialized treatment modalities
- Have an interest in incorporating animal-assisted therapy interventions
- Are credentialed with insurance panels
- Have evening and/or weekend availability
- Hold licensure in multiple states
- Enjoy contributing to a positive team culture and bring a growth-oriented mindset
