Tuscany Italian Restaurant is a fine Italian restaurant in Woodstock, GA. We have won "best fine dining", and "best Italian" awards for multiple years running. We also perform large catering events including weddings, off site events (We catered the Lamborghini America launch of their newest model) and were named best catering in Cherokee county in 2025. We are professional, Guest-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to Offer a fantastic dining experience to our Guests through exceptional food, Hospitality, and ambiance....we call that "The Tuscany Experience".

Our company is seeking two experienced Line Cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent guest service and a passion for food prep and menu development. Duties include communicating menu changes to guests, interacting with coworkers, food prep, and demonstrating culinary skills. The successful candidate for this position will have regularly worked in a busy restaurant environment with high-energy coworkers and will be capable of completing tasks independently and being accountable for their own performance. Contributing to a positive work environment is a must, and knowledge of appetizer and pizza stations is a plus.

This is a fast-paced environment. We consistently have a full dining room, provide off site catering, and host many weddings and large upscale events. Only motivated team players with a desire to thrive need apply.

Requirements:

Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic about food
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow cooks, managers and staff
Ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional kneeling, stooping, reaching, pulling and lifting.
Must be able to work as a team member
Act with integrity
Be positive, humble, and transparent
ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean kitchen and work station
Complete food orders from guests.
Prep food for shift.
Work as part of a team.
Consistently make dishes to correct portions ensuring the highest quality and minimal waste.
Use kitchen appliances.
Ability and willingness to work multiple stations in the kitchen as needed.
Follow health safety / sanitation regulations.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
