About Us
Exquisite Sounds Entertainment is Atlanta's go-to team for weddings and upscale events — and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Event Assistant to help our DJ and Photobooth teams deliver a flawless experience every time we're on site. We're proud of the reputation we've built, and we're looking for people who take the same pride in doing things right.
About the Role
As an Event Assistant, you'll work alongside our headlining DJs and Photobooth team on-site at weddings and events, typically 3–4 weekends per month (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays), with occasional weekday events. A typical event day runs from 2:00–3:00 PM to 11:00 PM–midnight. This is hands-on, on-your-feet position — you'll help load, unload, set up, execute, and tear down events, and be a friendly, professional presence for our clients and their guests from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment into the event (ability to lift up to 40 lbs)
- Help load in and out of event venues, hotels, and other locations
- Assist with equipment setup and teardown before and after events
- Support the headlining DJ and Photobooth team with event management duties as needed
- Help with various on-site tasks and interact professionally with guests and fellow vendors
- Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience with the team
What We're Looking For
Required:
- A reliable, honest, and trustworthy person we can count on with strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A “client first” attitude — ready to help every guest have a great time
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting, standing, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Own reliable transportation
- Available most weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun), with occasional weekday availability
- Clean-cut, professional, and polished presentation appropriate for upscale, client-facing events
- Able to pass a phone screen, an in-person interview, and a background check (no relevant criminal convictions within the past 7 years)
Preferred (nice to have):
- Prior experience in event production, hospitality, or customer service
- Familiarity with DJ, audio/visual, or photobooth equipment
Pay
$17–$22/hour. Paid per event worked. Based on Experience

We only want to work with the best, so if you're reliable, honest, and ready to bring great energy to every event — apply with your resume or a summary of your work history, along with a note on why you'd be a great fit for our team.
