Pay Range: $15.44 USD to $17.36 USD
Summary: Assist with the management of scanned documents within the imaging system so they can be easily retrieved at a later time. Maintain files, assuring accuracy and completeness. This would include keypunching alpha/numeric entries into an indexing field, verifying that all pages are in the system legibly and making sure documents are in the appropriate cabinet and document types. Performs general loan quality control support duties.

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Accurately key or scan document data into imaging system, ensuring all information is properly filed, indexed and cross-referenced through electronic means. Properly review and checkback scanned documents to ensure accuracy of electronic files.
- Maintain records for documents using a variety of media that includes storage logs, classification and retrieval records. Maintain original documents in fireproof storage cabinets.
- Assist in monitoring the proper handling and storage of documents and appropriate back-up procedures. Report any handling/storage discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist in proper disposal of records and documents according to established guidelines and schedules.
- Assist with the quality control aspect of loan documentation by identifying deficiencies, technical exceptions and reporting them to the appropriate supervisor and loan officer.
- Maintain an overall understanding of all functions that are performed in the Loan Quality Control department.
- Assist in effectively communicating indexing requirements and interrelationships between indexers, loan officers and loan support personnel.
- Research and answer loan inquiries from Bank employees and customers.
- Maintains system and controls that ensure complete and accurate credit and collateral files on an ongoing basis. This includes maintaining collateral insurance coverage, tracking and perfecting collateral documents, maintaining complete financial information and other credit documentation.
- Correct errors identified by reconciliation procedures. Understand the integration of the general ledger and the various reports produced by CSI.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Data entry experience preferred.

- Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively and tactfully, orally and in writing with employees, customers, vendors and management.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

- Must have the ability to maintain a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude when working with customers or co-workers under diverse conditions.
- Must have the ability to accurately and quickly complete standard mathematical calculations.
- Ability to apply concept such as fraction, percentages, rations and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to use a calculator, computer and applicable software.
