Data Capture Specialist

Location: Marion, IN (Onsite)
Pay: Starting at $14.85/hour
Schedule: Part‑Time | Monday - Friday | 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This role is ideal for individuals seeking steady employment, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to build professional office experience with training provided.

What You’ll Do

Work in a moderate quiet, focused office environment processing digital documents
Accurately enter and verify information into internal systems (data entry / KFI)
Review and organize documents using clear guidelines and procedures
Operate scanning equipment to prepare documents for processing
Follow established processes to ensure data is handled securely
Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality standards

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to type accurately and work with documents and numbers (40+WPM minimum typing test will be administered)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

No prior office experience required, however, candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain professionalism, follow office standards, and work appropriately in a professional environment.
