Position Summary:
The Dyslexia Paraeducator works under the supervision of the Dyslexia Therapist to deliver intervention services using a structured literacy program. This role focuses on providing small group or individual support to students with dyslexia.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement dyslexia intervention programs as directed by the Dyslexia Therapist.

Provide small group or one-on-one instruction to students receiving services.

Monitor and document student progress under the guidance of the Dyslexia Therapist.

Assist with materials preparation and classroom organization for intervention sessions.

Participate in training sessions to develop and maintain proficiency in delivering dyslexia programs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience working with students in an instructional capacity, particularly in reading intervention.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
