Responsibilities
Directly supervise shift production personnel, including operators, material handlers, and setup technicians.
Manage daily staffing assignments, monitor employee attendance, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce company policies consistently.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and cross-training.
Oversee daily operations of high-pressure die casting machines, automated robotic cells, and CNC machining centers to meet or exceed shift production goals, efficiency targets, and delivery timelines.
Monitor machine cycles, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE and scrap rates, and proactively address operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Tooling, and Shipping departments to maximize machine uptime and ensure seamless shift handovers.
