As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Office Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to fill the role of Legal Assistant/Office Manager at our law office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist in managing and organizing legal documents, correspondence, and case files. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized filing system and update records as needed.

Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups. Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence as directed.

Office Operations: Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Technology and Communication: Proficiently use office software and legal databases.
Assist in managing and updating the firm's website and social media accounts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Previous experience at a law firm is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
