Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN occupational therapist (OTR) to join our growing team in Markesan, WI. This PRN opportunity is perfect for an OTR who thrives in a flexible, therapist-owned environment and is passionate about helping seniors achieve independence and improved quality of life.

As an OTR at our respected senior community in Markesan, you will play a key role in assessing and implementing treatment strategies that address functional challenges and promote independence in daily living. OTR responsibilities:

Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and functional needs
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in self-care, mobility, and daily routines
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care
Provide education and training to residents, caregivers, and staff
Accurately document assessments, treatment sessions, and progress
Promote a safe, engaging, and functional environment for residents

Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
