Key Responsibilities:

- Prep/Cook menu items

- Ensure a clean and organized Kitchen

- Lead health, safety, and sanitation training and maintain oversight overall.

- Hire, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and cooperation free of drama.

- Manage food and beverage services, from ordering and cost control to quality and presentation.

- Supervise large events and banquets, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless operation.

- Ensure all events are executed without a hitch by successfully coordinating with all F&B, Activity, Sales & Event leaders.

- Demonstrate the ability to be a Culture Curator.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven management experience in entertainment, food and beverage, and hospitality sectors within a high-volume location.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Culinary expertise

- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, promoting a positive work environment.

- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards within the food service and hospitality industry.

- Knowledge of all aspects of food and kitchen service including:

o Food Ordering and Controlling cost

o Prep/Cook/ Dish/ Table Support

o Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation including picture perfect plate presentation every time

o Inventory management

- Fluent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite along with a basic ability to operate technology.

- Common sense in abundance.

- Prior experience in either a Golf/ Putting or Bowling environment is a plus but not a requirement.

Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
Strong organizational/ communication skills
Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and sanitation standards
