Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Clinical Director and Supervisor. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the clinical operations of our behavioral health programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will guide a team of dedicated behavior analysts and therapists, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth, innovation, and exceptional patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those with neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorders, through comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBA candidates and behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral psychological assessments
Lead diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments for individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders to inform treatment planning
Oversee data collection processes to monitor client progress, ensuring accurate documentation aligned with HIPAA regulations and medical records standards
Conduct patient assessments, including intake evaluations and behavioral health screenings, to develop tailored intervention strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans that incorporate special education principles and behavioral health support
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to medical documentation, patient care, and confidentiality requirements
Facilitate training sessions on ABA techniques, medical terminology, home-based behavioral interventions, and other relevant topics for staff development

Requirements

Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from an accredited certifying body
Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders
Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and behavioral psychological assessments
Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, functional assessments, and supporting autism spectrum disorder interventions
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and patient assessment procedures
Prior experience working in home-based behavioral settings or community-based programs is highly desirable
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise clinical staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment
Knowledge of special education practices and experience supporting individuals with disabilities across various settings
