Healthcare Sales Account Executive

Location: Negaunee, MI
Competitive base salary: $45,000-$55,000
Territory: Marquette, Munising, Shingleton, Trenary, Iron River, Houghton, and surrounding Upper Peninsula communities
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and making a difference in the healthcare community? We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Account Executive to develop and grow referral partnerships throughout Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

In this consultative sales role, you will work directly with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, sleep labs, wound care clinics, and other healthcare providers to expand patient access to essential medical equipment and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, home health, hospice, DME, or outside B2B sales experience who are looking for a rewarding career with strong earning potential.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, sleep labs, and specialty clinics.
Conduct face-to-face sales calls and customer visits throughout the assigned territory.
Identify and secure new referral sources while strengthening existing partnerships.
Educate healthcare professionals on available services, equipment, and patient care solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate account activity and sales documentation.
Represent the organization professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to discuss patient care professionally and confidentially.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare sales experience.
Medical device, DME, respiratory, oxygen, CPAP, ventilator, wound care, or diabetic supply sales experience.
Home health, hospice, pharmaceutical, or healthcare account management background.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to develop trust and long-term customer relationships.
