Double Trouble Entertainment is a growing family-owned entertainment company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. We specialize in inflatable rentals, event entertainment, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Manager to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the business, ensuring efficient office management while supporting scheduling, customer service, bookkeeping, and staff coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Schedule rentals, deliveries, and event logistics.
Maintain customer records and contracts.
Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Coordinate employee schedules and maintain personnel records.
Organize office files and maintain accurate documentation.
Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
Assist with payroll preparation and reporting.
Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and customer communications.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Assist ownership with special projects and operational improvements.

Qualifications

Previous office management or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to learn scheduling and bookkeeping software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Customer service experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

QuickBooks experience.
Scheduling or dispatch experience.
Social media or marketing experience.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Event planning or logistics experience.
