YOUR FOUNDATION

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through experience.
3+ years of branch management, lending, or financial services leadership experience
Experience coaching, developing, and supporting team performance
Working knowledge of consumer lending, deposit products, and branch operations
Understanding of applicable financial regulations and compliance requirements

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:

Talking: Frequent communication is required, especially where one must convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

Average Visual Abilities: Ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.

Physical Strength: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
